ABP Lentivirus Storage Buffer 是一种慢病毒颗粒溶解缓冲液。 ABP Lentivirus Storage Buffer适用于超速离心后，PEG 沉淀后，超滤浓缩后的慢病毒重悬。使用该产品重悬后的慢病毒颗粒毒性小、存储时间久、反复冻融次数多。
使用说明
超 离 、 PEG沉 淀 后 的 病 毒 重 悬：
根据预期的浓缩倍数，加入适量的ABP Lentivirus Storage Buffer (例如 100ml 慢病毒原液预期浓缩100 倍，则加入 1ml ABP Lentivirus Storage Buffer)，然后通过移液器轻轻吹打病毒重悬，取浓缩液-80℃分装冻存。
超 滤 浓 缩 后 buffer替 换：
慢病毒原液超滤离心后，加入适量的ABP Lentivirus Storage Buffer，离心至所需要的体积，取浓缩液-80℃分装冻存。
GFP lenti particles were stored at 4oC for different time period, then transduced HT1080 cells. Fluorescent images were taken after 72 hours post-transduction.
