蛋白染料及定量检测试剂盒

蛋白凝胶电泳及相关的Western-Blot检测是蛋白分析的主流技术之一 (Figure 1)。ABP Biosciences 提供两类荧光蛋白染料： 1) eLuminol™ Protein Gel Stain，一种具有极高灵敏度的蛋白荧光染料，用于检测SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳中的总蛋白； 2) Phos-Tag™ Phosphoprotein Gel Stain，一种专门用于检测SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳中磷酸化蛋白的荧光染料。另外，ABP Biosciences 还提供BCA蛋白定量检测试剂盒。
