5-FAM-dUTP (cat. no. C405B) is supplied in lyophilized form. 5-FAM-dUTP is also available as a 1 mM solution in TE buffer. (cat. no. C405A).

5-FAM-dUTP can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA with Reverse Transcriptases, Taq DNA Polymerase, phi29 DNA Polymerase, Klenow Fragment, exo-, Klenow Fragment, and DNA Polymerase I.
