EasyCount™ Green/Red Cell Viability Stain

EasyCount™ Green/Red Cell Viability Stain is fluorescent cell stain specifically optimized for use on the Countess II FL and Countess 3 FL automated cell counters. The stain is ready-to-use nuclear stain that can be mixed 1:1 with cell samples. They are designed for fast and easy counting of nucleated cells and isolated nuclei, enabling increased accuracy using fluorescence-based count mode when counting mixed cell populations or samples containing cellular debris.

Features

Quick Start Guide

1. Mix 10 μL of cell sample with 10 μL of EasyCount™ Stain.
2. Incubate up to 5 minutes at room temperature.
3. Load 10 μL of stained cell sample into a Countess™ chamber slide.
4. Count slide on a Countess™ cell counter.
