NGS™ ssDNA Assay Kit

NGS™ ssDNA Assay Kit 是一种简单精确的单链DNA定量检测方法。该试剂盒对单链DNA的选择度并不高于双链DNA或RNA,但它也不会检出蛋白质或核苷酸污染物。与传统的NanoDrop测定方法相比,该检测方法具有线性范围宽及检测灵敏度高等优点。试剂盒包含浓缩的定量检测试剂、稀释缓冲液以及已稀释好的单链DNA标准品。您只需用试剂盒提供的缓冲液稀释定量检测试剂,加入待检测样品(体积1µl-20µl皆可),就可以通过荧光酶标仪或荧光仪读取荧光读数(图1)。这项检测方法对常见的污染物如蛋白质、盐类、溶剂、去污剂或游离核苷酸都有很好的耐受性,也适用于在微孔反应板、离心管或比色皿中进行实验。
