5-FAM-X-dUTP, 1 mM solution

Introduction

5-FAM-X-dUTP (cat. no. C406A) is supplied as a 1 mM solution in TE buffer. 5-FAM-X-dUTP is also available in lyophilized form (cat. no. C406B).

5-FAM-X-dUTP can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA with Reverse Transcriptases, Taq DNA Polymerase, phi29 DNA Polymerase, Klenow Fragment, exo-, Klenow Fragment, and DNA Polymerase I. The X linker between FAM and dUTP can improve the incorporation efficiency.
