Introduction

EasyProbe™ ActinGreen 488 Stain是一种对F-肌动蛋白具有高亲和性和高选择性的染料，它由Andy Flour™ 488荧光染料与鬼笔环肽偶联而成。EasyProbes™ ActinGreen 488 Stain提供了一种即用型的细胞骨架染色方案，染料储存在便捷的滴瓶中。使用时，只需在细胞玻片上滴2滴染液，即可使细胞染色。

使用建议

使用时，EasyProbes™ ActinGreen 488 Stain应直接滴在细胞玻片上，覆盖所有细胞。

大多数情况下，2滴染料、15-30分钟的孵育时间即可获得清晰的染色效果。然而，对于某些特殊的细胞类型、实验条件及研究应用等，需要优化染色方案。
EasyProbes™ ActinGreen 488 Stain的最大激发波长为500 nm，最大发射波长为525 nm。其荧光可通过标准GFP或FITC滤光片检测。
