使用建议
使用时，EasyProbe™ Hoechst 33342 Live Cell Stain应直接滴入细胞培养基或缓冲液中。
- 大多数情况下，2滴/mL的比例、15-30分钟的孵育时间即可获得清晰的核染色效果。然而，对于某些特殊的细胞类型、实验条件及研究应用等，需要优化染色方案。
