Introduction

使用建议

使用时，EasyProbes™ DAPI Fixed Cell Stain应直接滴入细胞培养基或缓冲液中。

大多数情况下，2滴/mL的比例、15-30分钟的孵育时间即可获得清晰的核染色效果。然而，对于某些特殊的细胞类型、实验条件及研究应用等，需要优化染色方案。
EasyProbes™ DAPI Fixed Cell Stain与DNA结合时，最大激发波长为358 nm，其最大发射波长为460 nm。可通过蓝色滤光通道检测，如DAPI滤光通道。
