EasyProbes™ Cell Viability Imaging Kit (Blue/Green)

EasyProbes™细胞活性成像试剂盒 (蓝/绿色荧光)是一种可快速测定细胞活性的即用型试剂盒。其中，试剂盒的组份之一EasyProbes™ Hoechst 33342 Live Cell Stain可对细胞核进行快速染色，并且可用DAPI的标准滤光片检测。而另一组份EasyProbes™ Green 488 Dead Cell Stain只能透过受损细胞的细胞膜，从而对细胞核进行染色，并且检测使用的是FITC（绿色）滤光通道。使用时，只需分别滴加2滴EasyProbes™ Hoechst 33342 Live Cell Stain和EasyProbes™ Green 488 Dead Cell Stain至1 mL的细胞培养基中，即可通过计算细胞总数与死细胞数的比例而确定细胞活性。此试剂盒适用于荧光显微镜和流式细胞仪。

• EasyProbes™ Hoechst 33342 Live Cell Stain：可使所有细胞的细胞核染色。可用标准DAPI滤光通道检测。（最大激发/发射波长为：350/461 nm）
• EasyProbes™ Green 488 Dead Cell Stain：仅可使死细胞或细胞膜受损的细胞染色。可用标准FITC（绿色）滤光通道检测。（最大激发/发射波长为：500/530 nm）

使用建议

• 使用时，EasyProbes™ Hoechst 33342 Live Cell Stain及EasyProbes™ Green 488 Dead Cell Stain应直接滴入细胞培养基或缓冲液中。
• 大多数情况下，2滴/mL的比例、10-30分钟的孵育时间即可获得清晰的核染色效果。然而，对于某些特殊的细胞类型、实验条件及研究应用等，需要优化染色方案。
